​This two in one class is going to teach you all things ganache and sugarpaste so you can decorate like a pro! 

Whether you use ganache on its own or underneath sugarpaste, it holds incredibly well especially during the hot summer months. Using chocolate ganache creates a solid base and enables you to create flawless cakes every time. 
Please note the cake may vary slightly to the image above. You will model 1 x teddy without the ladder decoration.

    Ganache and Sugarpaste Class

    During the class you will learn how to not only use ganache, but how to apply sugarpaste to your 6 inch cake without it ripping, cracking, without air pockets and how to get those all important super sharp edges.
    During the class you will:
    • Learn how to make a luxurious white chocolate ganache 
    • Split, level and fill your 6 inch cake with ganache
    • Crumb coat using chocolate ganache 
    • ​Apply a final layer of ganache and get super sharp edges with the use of the profroster 
    • ​Apply a thin layer of sugarpaste and we will cover the best brands to work with 
    • ​Get a sharp edged sugarpaste cake with the use of acrylic smoothers and flexi smoothers 
    • ​Learn to smooth out any imperfections in the cake 
    This cake really will be a show stopper
    What will you go home with:
    • Your 6 inch decorated cake 
    • The confidence to create stunning flawless cakes  
    • ​A box will be provided for you to take your cake home in, but if you will be travelling by public transport you may wish to bring a large bag to carry your cake home in.
