    Fantastic experience with Sandy. 

    I attended two classes. The first was buttercream and the second was ganache and sugarpaste. Both worth every penny. I was pleasantly surprised. 

    If your looking to learn a wealth of knowledge (such as tips, tricks and quick wins without scrapping corners) then this is the place to go. Kookies Kakery wants everyone to be successful in their cake journey. I found I could ask anything and Sandy was happy to answer all my questions. She was more than happy to share her advice and experience.
